Ordering and Payment
Ordering from ASHNI is a simple process:
- Select an item you would like to buy
- Fill in the quantity you want, and then click Add to Bag or Drag & Drop the item to your Shopping Bag.
- When you’ve finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag or click on Go to Checkout.
- When you have reviewed your order you will need to click on Checkout and enter your details.

All prices and charges are listed in Hong Kong dollars and we accept:
- Master Card
- American Express
- Union Pay
- Diners Club
We accept Visa and Master Card payments through Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to use the service.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Direct Bank Transfer
Please follow the instructions at checkout for a simple direct deposit. This facility is only available to Hong Kong based customers.
For direct deposit, funds need to be received within 3 working days of purchase. If funds are not received within this timeframe you will be contacted and the order may be cancelled. Your order cannot be dispatched until all funds are cleared.
We do not normally accept personal cheques or money orders.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. We care very much about the products we sell and the customer service we offer. We understand that shopping online is different from shopping in a traditional store. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return a product for an exchange.
Please contact us here within 3 days of receiving your product.
In the email, state your order reference number and reasons for the return. We will get back to you with details of our return address.
Please return the relevant item(s) in an unused state complete with tags in the original packaging, along with a note of your order number, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods for Hong Kong customers and 14 working days for International customers.
ASHNI has the right not to exchange any item if we consider in our absolute discretion that the item has been used or tampered in any way.
You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods and we do not refund shipping fees on return items.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in return transport.
Delivery for the replacement item will be waived. If, however, you choose to order other products along with the replacement item, you will be charged for delivery of those items accordingly.
Defective or damaged goods
Although ASHNI takes a lot of pride in the high quality of our products, we are only human! In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us here within 3 days of receipt.
Include your order number, contact details and a description of the defect or damage, including a photo if possible. ASHNI will then make arrangements for a replacement product at no charge. ASHNI has the right not to exchange any item if we consider in our absolute discretion that the item has been used or tampered in any way.
